Installation Instructions

macOS Installation:

  1. Download the universal .dmg installer (Intel & Apple Silicon)..
  2. Double-click the .dmg to mount it..
  3. Drag PEEK™ CC Monitor into your Applications folder.
  4. Launch via Applications, Launchpad, or Spotlight..
  5. Allow requested permissions so Codex & Claude activity can be monitored..

Windows Installation:

  1. Download the 64-bit Setup.exe installer..
  2. Right-click the file and choose “Run as Administrator”
  3. Follow the guided setup steps (Codex + Claude hooks install automatically)..
  4. Launch from the Start Menu or Desktop shortcut..
  5. If SmartScreen appears, select “More info” → “Run anyway”

Linux Installation:

  1. Download the AppImage bundle..
  2. Make it executable: chmod +x PEEK-CC-Monitor.AppImage..
  3. Run it with ./PEEK-CC-Monitor.AppImage..
  4. (Optional) Create a desktop entry and pin for quick Codex/Claude monitoring..
